As a long-time user of Workadi, I would say the thing I like best is that it's so intuitive to use. I am the company administrator, and I have almost never had to instruct employees on how to use the software. It's also super easy to manage users and groups using the admin tools on the website. Anytime I have needed help or a question answered, the Workadi staff have always responded immediately and have always taken ideas for improvement seriously; in fact, they welcome those ideas. The new SMS to text features are fantastic!

Workadi has been great. The alternative we looked at, Slack, just has too many features, is too expensive, and does way more than what we needed. Workadi is perfect for our basic inter-office needs. They keep the client software regularly updated which is nice, and their servers have excellent uptime. We rarely, if ever, experience outages. It's absolutely a five star product.

Our practice management system has a communication module, but it only sends messages to the front desk - the front desk can't reply! We needed to have an actual running conversation, and also for different people to interact privately outside of a group conversation. We love working with Workadi. Setting up was easy easy easy and tech support has been great with everything.
